Co-authored, Trained a National Team of Trainers and Served as a Trainer for Improving Educational Services for Students with Visual Impairments:  What Every Stakeholder Needs to Know.  A joint training project of the National Association of State Directors of Special Education and the Council of Schools for the Blind.

    Nursery, K-6, Math 7-12, Teacher of the Blind and Partially Seeing, Special Education, School Administration and Supervision, School District Administration.
  • Academy for Certification of Vision Rehabilitation & Education Professionals

  • George E. Keane Award.  Lifetime of achievement and dedicated service to persons with visual impairments.  …whose work has been of benefit to NYS and has influenced   the national scene,  New York State Association for the Education and Rehabilitation of the blind and Visually Impaired.
